Job Overview: We are seeking a Chinese speaking Analyst to support the online brand protection team. The main responsibilities include monitoring internet content, conducting case analyses, and facilitating online enforcement to safeguard brand rights.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor content on various online platforms, including domains, standalone websites, search engines, social media, and e-commerce platforms, to identify potential infringements.
• Analyze infringement cases, including assessing the extent of infringement and tracing infringing activities, to provide detailed reports to the brand.
• Communicate with brands and relevant platforms to coordinate the removal and handling of infringing content.
• Track changes and trends in infringing activities, adjust monitoring strategies accordingly, and enhance brand protection effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of independently conducting case analysis and coordination.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to intellectual property protection, prior experience in this field is preferred.
• Ability to handle pressure and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
